RANT. WHAT A DENTIST HEARS.

WHAT A DENTIST HEARS..RANT ON THE WAY:

I am  a dental student. I  happy with my field and I love to invest my brain in this profession. But while enjoy this beautiful life, people ask strange question to us and even practicing dentist that are sometimes, weird to answer. 

• "What does a dentist study in four years, only teeth? "
• "Oh you are a dentist..not a doctor." Well see when you'll get your jaw fractured🙂.
• "What does a dentist do, huh! Only clean teeth".
• "When you'll become a dentist, would you do my checkup for free? "
• "I  your regular patient, can I get a discount today?" Trust me dear, you'll never say this to a neurosurgeon.
• "You guys earn alot".
• "Dentistry is easy "

All these sentences might annoy us sometimes, but there are alot of precious moments that made us proud to be a dentist. Here are some random points that everyone should know,

• We practice for perfection for years
• Each of our treatment has art and techniques in it.
• We make your smiles the prettiest.
• Alot of people feel more confident when we enhance their smiles. 
• Our body aches in the end of each day. 
• Dentistry is soo difficult that is has one of the highest suicidal rates. 
• We do not only study teeth, but also all the essential subjects related to your face. 
• You might see our earning, but there's alot of hardworking and tired face behind the mask. 

It's not only about dentistry, it's about all professions. We must learn to respect each and every field of education. That's what makes a nation prosperous. Lame questions used to hurt me alot, but now I've become a chill person who loves what she does and doesn't give a damn.
