The most important thing people have forgotten..

One thing that poeple have forgot: 

We live in a world where we all are being observed by people 24/7. We live in a world where we are judged by anonymous and annoying people all the time. We live in a world where we point finger on other people rather than keeping it in our pocket. 

The most important thing that people have forgot is that they are human. What I mean to say is that they are not perfect. They might have considered themselves as angels. 

Each person has two side, enlightened one and the dark one. Each person is living with either hell or heaven inside him. Sometimes, he is not responsible for choosing the dark side or the hell but some circumstances compelling him to do so. But he has a strong believe that one day he will make his heart as beautiful as a humming bird but unfortunately, he forgot that people would never let him do that. 

Everyone should remember that we live in our shoe and that shoe could be replaced from comfortable one to painful one anytime. 

This one thing hurts me the most, ranking people based on who they are. Oh come on! Even if we are perfect, Mighty God will not give this right to anyone. Nobody lives in our heart except God therefore, the one who knows us the most is Him. 

We need to stop judging people, I think there would be less suicides if we start loving each other equally. Everybody is fighting an evil inside them and sometimes they win and sometimes they loose. All we can do is to appreciate them in the fight of becoming a better person. 

We can never find the love of God if we won't stop hurting his mankind with our words.

How to be chill:

Some critics in life are worth a lesson but alot of them are just lame as an organized cupboard. Some critics help you to groom as a person and some just let you down.
Here are some tips and tricks to be chill without humiliating others:

  • Train your brain to be in third dimension when these kind of meaningless and useless talks are being held. 
  • Never argue alot with them because they can never stand an argument and they would start to hit upon your personal lives.
  • Prefer not to take them seriously cause they never think before uttering crap and it could harm your good traits.
  •  Never dread if your deadlines are near. You should have confidence on yourself that you can fulfill any task given.

  • Try to truce yourself in public places cause later, it could feel unpleasant.
  • Mediate. It detoxifies your body and increase our maturity for sudden responses. 
  • Say NO to things that makes you uncomfortable or dissatisfied.
  • Give yourself some time
  • Spend money on events that makes you happy.
  • Spend time with those whom may know to cheer you up.
  •  Saunter around nature. 
  •  The most important, " love yourself".

HEALTHY DIET

Being surrounded by temptious and attractive junk food, we have lost the significance and utter delicious value of healthy food. We might not tilt towards it until late we get old. But you should know what is a healthy diet.

• DEFINITION: A healthy diet is a the type, amount, quality and portions of food that you eat that benefits your whole body.

NUTRITION: A healthy meal is packed with essential nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fibre) that you need for your body to carry on your daily life’s tasks without being lethargic.

• VITAMINS: A healthy plate have enormous amount of essential vitamins. Vegetables and fruits are great source of vitamins.

• PORTIONS: A healthy diet comprises of more than three portions of meal per day.

• CALORIES: A healthy diet should comprise of balanced nutrients, portions and quality of food that it meets daily calorie requirement i.e 2500kcal for men and 2000kcal for women.

• TIPS FOR HEALTHY DIET: For a healthy body and diet, you should
• Add vegetables
• Avoided oily food
• Add protien in a healthy way
• Avoid alcohol
• Have fresh juices
• Add fiber to diet
• Have fruits
• Make it scrumptious and appetizing by adding flavors to it

Living in the dark side

Living in the dark side: 

How are you? Is everything good? I hope it would be. What? Something is not okay. Are you happy? What's bothering you? What's the thing that's resist you from being happy? Let's find it together. 

Let's see. Someone dumped you? Okay this didn't happen. Do you want some money? Again no... so what's the problem. Let me think, Can't get out of your wounded, painful, and bleeding past? Oh! I can feel you. That's why you resist people and you lack trust. Someone closest to you really stabbed you. 

I know, it happens and it hurts alot. It feels like world is not trustable. Even that past is over, it still have some influence on us.

We move on, but not completely.  We meet new people and after a while we do not like them, we begin to see their negative sides a.k.a their dark side. This way of observing can even hurt those who loves us the most.

It's no one's fault. The problem is simple that when we start to live in past, we compare everything to our past which is alot of times, wrong. We think that whole world is dark, but actually we are in the dark side of life.

You are not only living in the dark, but you are also loosing you present and future for it. We become enclosed in such a dark, deep cave that we don't like even the smallest glare of light. We get used to smell of drowned wrecks and algae that scent of beautiful flower irritates us.

Opening of eyes is not the only thing important for living, you have to open your heart to so you can slay the enlightened, fragrant and delicious side of world.

World does not entirely consist of bad people, if it was, either nobody knew what happiness means or humankind would've become extinct.

Fight with your dark side, feel the light and you'll soon have a precious smile on your face all the time ☺.

MOST VIRAL DALGUNA COGFEE RECEPIE...

DALGONA COFFEE RECEPIE: 


It was a normal day as rest of them, I was in the cage of boredom. While scrolling through the internet, I saw a tempting and mouthwatering dalgona coffee picture. My brain just went under the wing of dalgona coffee and within a minute I decided to make it.

INGREDIENTS:

Serving:1-2
Coffee 2tbsp
Sugar 2tbsp
Milk
Ice cubes
Lukewarm water 2tbsp

METHOD:

1. Add coffee, sugar and lukewarm water in a small bowl or mug
2. Whip it with the beater until it becomes stiff and doesnot fall from spoon
3. Pour half a glass of milk( cold preferred) and ice cube.
4. Fill up rest of the glass with the coffee whip
5. Mix it well and your dalgona iced  coffee is ready.

I just realized something. The message that I've resisting or trying to avoid is now in front of my eyes. The deeper you understand it...
