6 ways to fight stress

Stress makes everything go wrong. It could disturb our personal life and could also cease our professional performance. It could scour our mental health, which could have its effects on our surroundings. It's important to solve and overcome this problem rather than letting it deteriorate health.

Stresses could come from many reasons. It could occur spontaneously due to hormonal changes or could be as a result of daily life pressures like debt, dues and deadlines. A pressure to compete, fear to fail or personal life's jinx. There are alot of tips and tricks conquer stress and some of my favourites are listed below.

1.There's nothing to be scared of:

First of all, tell yourself that it's okay OK stress out. Normal people take stresses and there's nothing to be scared of. There is just a need to balance it out with life as such as its occupies the tiniest space in you which is unseen.

2. Find the reason:

Find its cause. It's important to search for the root of this problem. Consider what stresses you out. Give yourself time and think with a relaxed mind about the things that freak you out or make you restless.

3.Work on the problem:

Work on those problems. If due dates are making you feel sick, tell your mind to relax, it all normal, stress won't help you out. Cope with it, compete with it. If there are hurdles or misunderstandings between your relationship, give it a talk. A good, calm conversation always work out to clear all the imaginary mess. In conclusion, think and work on a solution rather see than damaging your health.

3. Caffeine and stress:

Avoid caffeine. Products containing caffeine can elevate your stress hormones such as cortisol. You would feel good for a while but you would feel fatigue and low after a while.  For more information about caffeine and it's effect on stress, you could visit https://www.verywellmind.com/caffeine-stress-and-your-health-3145078

4. Speak out:

Share with your people. Can't take it anymore? Too much frustrated? Share your problems with those whom you trust. It's not only make you feel a little bit relaxed but also their advice would help you out. Speaking with them would make you think that there's a light at the end of this tunnel.

5.Time out:

Take a break. Done with all these headaches? Can't take it anymore? Plan a break for yourself. A good self-care break helps to heal alot. It could come in different perspectives. Go for a vacation or having a cozy time at home, being with friends, family or anything that's makes you comfortable and happy works like a miracle.

6. When it's out of hands:

Seek medical advice. When non of it is working and nothing is helying  you to come out of stress. Then it's better to go for a medical advice before situation worsens. They would take a good care of you problem of being stressed out for a healthy you.

Feelings

Feelings... looks like a small word from a dictionary but a word with the meaning of its own. It has it's own complexity. A word which could be felt like an abstract. Knowing it's meaning is not enough, but perceiving it means alot. A little door towards people heart. Once you start to understand its code and how it works. A door towards people heart starts to open.

It does not require alot of educational degrees of masters or practice to understand it, it just requires a good, soft and humble heart, filled with humanity and emotions to understand it. It needs love, affection, time, care , and serenity to be understood.

Calling it a word would be unfair. Instead, it's a language of its own. Which is spoken by heart, felt by heart and listened by heart. Voices are not necessary for it. Because feelings are so vocal that they could be seen on our face in the form of emotions.

It's tough sometimes to perceive what your loved one feels. But it becomes easy when you love them, when you care for them even you are not so familiar with each other but you are concerned as a good human, then you  show token of affection. This makes the roots of a relationship strong when you are able to speak without talking, understand without hearing  and loving without signifying.

People are called "sensitive" when they feel alot. But it's totally okay. You feel because you have a heart. You feel because you have emotions, you feel because you care and it's a beautiful character of yours.

It's like a bond to the people, the pillar of a relationship, and attraction to the soul and a seed to the future fruit.

Humans are not born cruel, selfish, as tough as a stone or rude. Surroundings make them like that. When there is no one to understand what they are going through, when their heart is screaming but no one is listening to it, when their soul is wrenched but no one can feel their wounds. It makes them tough, hard and emotionless. With time, their feelings fade away. Then we see them as a selfish rude person but little did we know that each of us have played a magnificent role in making them who they are.

Take a deep breath, open your heart, let it fly, unbound your soul. Be the listener of other's unspoken words, be their motivator, be their sunshine not for a reward, but for a beautiful world.
